Since 2018 Victoria Maxwell has developed a specialism in international surrogacy, an area of Family Law which she is passionate about. Victoria assists intended parents in obtaining Parental Orders so they can be recognised as the legal parents of their children born through surrogacy. Victoria has worked with a wide range of clients who have chosen to enter into surrogacy arrangements in a variety of different countries including the Ukraine, the US, South Africa, Ghana and Nigeria.
