Santiago is the Managing Partner of the law firm Martínez Guardiola. A lawyer from the Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), with a minor degree in Chinese culture and language (2018). He has worked in surrogacy processes for intended parents with more than six years of professional experience. He runs Ciguena Foundation which recruits, screens and supports Colombian surrogates
